**Effective October 2, 2023 IgA and IgM serological testing for H. pylori will no longer be offered. The use of IgA and IgM serological testing for H. pylori is not recommended due to limited clinical utility outside of a general epidemiologic role.
To support the diagnosis of H. pylori infection and to assess treatment success, Garcia Lab offers test codes: HPI-H. pylori IgG, SHPIS-H. pylori stool antigen and HPIBT-H. pylori Urea Breath Test.
