Collect full blue top tube. If this is the only tube being drawn, a plain red top throw away tube must be collected prior to the blue top. Gently invert blue top tube 6-10 times immediately after collection. Prepare 2 aliquots of plasma-centrifuge blue top tube for 15 minutes at 1500g; remove plasma to transfer tubes and freeze. Minimum of 2 cc per aliquot.
