Draw blood in a light blue sodium citrate tube. See appendices for cogaulation test collection instructions. Send 1.5 mL plasma frozen in a screw-capped plastic vial.
Indicate on transport tube “plasma/lt blue” and contact lab for dry ice for shipment.
