Patient preparation: Pre-dose (trough) draw at steady state concentration.
Collect red top, centrifuge within 2 hours, transfer 1.0 mL serum to a screw top transport tube, indicate sample type on tube and send.
Alternate sample: Lavender EDTA, follow the same instructions listed for red top.
